After months of negotiations, Firm, Nancy Pelosi, D-Calif., Unveiled in 2019 a law that would make insurance to 36 million Americans who would not otherwise have it. Obama praised the evaluation stage as a "critical" in its effort to modernize the state system of healthcare.
"We are a new step on a long and hard way," House Majority Leader Steny Hoyer, D-Md., Said of the action.
But important differences exist between the bill that is steaming toward a vote in the House next week, and proposals in the Senate.Among the biggest unanswered questions: How can I pay for the billions in subsidies that help low and reasonable income families buy health insurance.
The House bill would interrupt surtax on income of 5.4% on individuals who are entitled to more than $ 500,000 per year and married couples whose annual yield honky tonk tax exceeds $ 1 million. Legislation approved by the Fund of the Senate Committee, however, calls for a tax on insurance premiums that pay over $ 8,000 for an individual and 21,000 for a family.
