$ 894 million - paid for, of course, on a flight generational temperament.
The Democrats' new "opt out" idea of reforming health care is the last fig leaf for a full resumption of government system of health care.
Democrats tell us they have tried to nationalize health care for 65 years, but the person has read the "opt out" was about a week. They keep changing the language so that people can not understand what is happening.
The most important of the "opt out" scheme allegedly allowing states to refuse the government's health insurance is a State may not "opt out" of pay. All 50 states will pay. A state legislature can refuse to allow its own citizens to enjoy the benefits of a federal program they pay....
Pelosi: New health care bill is 'historic moment'
29.10.09
WASHINGTON - After months of struggle, House Democrats made sweeping legislation Thursday to extend coverage of health care to millions who lack it and create a new option of a public plan. A vote is likely next week on the plan largely adapted to the taste of President Barack Obama.
Speaking on the steps of the Capitol, Speaker Nancy Pelosi said the Congress was a "historic moment" with legislators "about the promise of making affordable health insurance to the quality of provision all Americans."
Officials said the measure, once fully implemented gradually over several years, would extend coverage to 96 percent of Americans. Its main mechanism of universal coverage is the creation of a new government insurance regulated "exchange" in which private companies would sell policies to compete with the government. Federal grants would be available to millions of low-income individuals and families to help pay policies, and small businesses to encourage them to offer coverage to their workers.
